| 英文描述 | This is an intensely pruritic disease highly contagious between cats, and is zoonotic, causing pruritus and a rash in people. NOTOEDRES CATI is an obligatory parasite and can not survive off the host for long periods. Lesions typically appear on the ears first and spread to the face neck, feet and perineum. These same areas, because of the pruritus, then develop alopecia, excoriations, and may become secondarily infected. Dx is by observation of mites on skin scraping. Lesions may become extensive. |
